Definitions
Automatic Number Identification (ANI): The telephone number of the calling party submitted to CallCompute by lead-generating sources for purposes of call deduplication, performance analysis, and purchasing decision support.
RTB ID: A unique internal identifier used by CallCompute to track and report bidding activity, conversions, and performance metrics without exposing consumer PII to advertisers.
Use of Services
CallCompute provides technology services that facilitate real-time bidding, call routing, performance analysis, and data reporting between lead sources and advertisers. Our Services may involve processing sensitive information, including ANIs, as part of our internal operations.
Clients of CallCompute may receive certain information associated with a call (such as caller ID) only if the call is purchased. In cases where advertisers provide us access to internal systems, such as Do Not Call (DNC) suppression files or customer lookup APIs, we may use the full ANI solely for the purpose of running such queries to determine whether to bid on a call. These lookups are governed by strict confidentiality, access control, and data protection requirements.
Data Sharing and Protection
We do not disclose ANIs to advertisers unless they win the bid and the call is routed to their system, at which point the ANI is inherently made available through standard caller ID. All attribution, reporting, and post-call conversion tracking use RTB IDs to avoid the transmission or exposure of personally identifiable information.
For more detail on our information handling practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

This Website contains content, features, functionality, and Services that are owned by CallCompute and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and/or other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You are prohibited from taking any action to steal, modify, change, or copy any content, feature, functionality, or Services on this Website, as it is protected by intellectual property laws. Additionally, you are not permitted to reverse engineer, duplicate, modify, or steal any software or code contained on the Website or the Services offered on the Website.
Termination
CallCompute reserves the right to terminate your access to this Website or your ability to use our Services without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions in these T&C that by their nature should survive termination, will continue to remain in effect, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Our Website may include links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by CallCompute. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or third-party services. When we transfer you to a third-party site, you are under the governance of that third-party site’s terms and conditions and privacy policies. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial.

CallCompute's failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. Any use of the Services will be governed not only by these T&C and the Privacy Policy, but also the Service Agreement provided when you sign up/contract to use a Service.
